Damaged or Defective Products
If your Trail Tail Dual Dog Leash arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement at no extra cost. To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
7 days of receiving the product
photo or video showing the issue
order number and contact details
Once verified, we’ll send out a new product promptly. Please note, we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstance.
